Copyright ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the Service, website, source code owned by the provider, documentation, visual design, product copy, marks, trade dress, workflows, and original platform materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 [Your LLC Legal Name]. All rights reserved.

Customer content remains subject to the customer-content ownership language in the Terms and applicable customer agreements.

Infringement notice

Copyright complaints may be sent to dmca@example.com. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material, provide contact information, include a good-faith statement, include a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and authorized, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Knowingly submitting false notices may create liability. Do not include confidential workspace content in a notice unless necessary and authorized.

Counter-notice

If material is removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, the affected party may submit a counter-notice that identifies the removed material, states under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, provides contact information, consents to jurisdiction as required by law, and includes a physical or electronic signature.

The provider may restore material if the complainant does not timely notify the provider that an action seeking a court order has been filed, subject to customer agreements, safety, privacy, and legal obligations.

Repeat infringers

The provider may terminate or restrict accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly submit infringing material or abusive notices.

A production version should include the legally registered DMCA agent information if the provider registers an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

These pages are protective attorney-review drafts. They should be reviewed, jurisdiction-adjusted, and approved by counsel before public launch, paid subscriptions, or regulated customer use.
