No professional advice
Ephemeral Workspace™ may help organize information, apply lifecycle policy, generate summaries, support reviews, and produce metadata-only evidence. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, investment, cybersecurity certification, regulatory, e-discovery, or records-management advice.
Customers must obtain qualified professional advice before relying on outputs, policies, deletion receipts, audit trails, AI summaries, security reports, or workflow settings for consequential decisions.
AI output limitations
AI and automated classification outputs may be wrong, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, stale, or unsuitable. They may omit facts, infer incorrectly, or present plausible language that is not accurate.
Human review is required before using AI outputs in legal, compliance, employment, lending, healthcare, safety, security, disciplinary, evidentiary, or external-publication contexts.
Deletion limitations
Ephemeral controls reduce persistence and can support governed deletion, cryptographic destruction, independent verification, and signed receipts where implemented. They do not guarantee deletion from user devices, screenshots, downloaded exports, third-party systems, backups within their retention windows, lawful holds, subpoenaed material, browser caches, network intermediaries, logs outside provider control, or systems not connected to the deletion workflow.
Deletion receipts document configured system actions and verification outcomes. They are not universal erasure guarantees, forensic opinions, legal opinions, or promises that data never existed or could never be reconstructed from sources outside the governed boundary.
Security limitations
Security controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk. Misconfiguration, compromised accounts, malicious insiders, endpoint capture, weak customer policies, third-party provider incidents, software defects, supply-chain compromise, or novel attacks may affect confidentiality, integrity, availability, or deletion guarantees.
Security documentation, readiness reports, and local test results should not be treated as independent penetration-test reports, SOC 2 reports, ISO certifications, legal compliance opinions, or production assurances unless expressly identified as such.
Beta and market-readiness limitations
A feature is not production verified merely because it appears in the interface, documentation, local tests, or architecture. Production readiness requires live provider evidence, deployment evidence, operational drills, security review, privacy review, legal review, and written launch approval.
Do not use pilot, beta, preview, or unverified features for production regulated data without written authorization and an accepted risk boundary.
