Claimed marks

Ephemeral Workspace™, Ghost Core™, Guardian Privacy OS™, Deletion Receipt™, AI Privacy Gateway™, Policy Engine™, Rolling Buffer Architecture™, Privacy-Safe Audit System™, and associated logos, product names, feature names, slogans, trade dress, and brand elements are trademarks, service marks, or claimed marks of [Your LLC Legal Name].

The TM symbol may be used for claimed marks. The registered trademark symbol should not be used unless and until the relevant mark is federally registered for the applicable goods or services.

No license

No rights are granted to use the provider's marks, logos, trade dress, screenshots, product names, domain names, documentation, or copyrighted materials except as expressly allowed in a written agreement or published brand guideline.

Customers may not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, sponsorship, security approval, compliance approval, or investment by the provider without written permission.

Feedback

If users provide suggestions, ideas, requests, bug reports, workflows, feature proposals, or other feedback, the provider may use that feedback without restriction or compensation unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Do not submit confidential invention disclosures, patent claims, trade secrets, customer content, or third-party confidential information as feedback unless a written agreement protects that submission.

Open-source and third-party materials

The Service may include open-source and third-party software subject to separate licenses. Those licenses control the relevant components and do not grant rights to the provider's proprietary materials.

Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party providers do not imply endorsement.

These pages are protective attorney-review drafts. They should be reviewed, jurisdiction-adjusted, and approved by counsel before public launch, paid subscriptions, or regulated customer use.
